He isn't talking to me, but I'll answer anyway. You have the right to defend yourself and say that there's a flaw in an argument, of course, but he isn't being hasty in any way. No matter how much we try, a Day 1 phase when everyone's anonymous will oftenly result in a random lynch, so it's best to pick the target we see as most suitable, even if all we have are weak reasons. I find your overly defensive post odd and kinda scummy, saying that his behavior had been odd because he followed his intuition when he was supposed to do it. Oh no, I'm not condemning him for voting for me at all. If you noticed, I'm fine with being random voted, but I'm just really, really wary of Miles' reasons to make the vote stay on me. I was just trying to make it clear why I'm wary of it, which resulted in me looking a bit defensive, I guess. Sorry about that.

I was just trying to make it clear why I'm wary of it, which resulted in me looking a bit defensive, I guess. Sorry about that. To clarify, I would be more comfortable with Miles' decision to vote me if he (or she, WHATEVER) said that it's mostly/only because she finds me most suitable. Sticking to her (weak, as you said) reasons like she did, making them seem actually legitimate, is what made my spidey-senses tingle. Perhaps it is a simple case of misunderstanding, in which case, I implore Miles to correct me.

Posting some thoughts I've had over this night about day 1 fare that happened after I left: On Tarnished Silver himself... well, it was unfortunate really that he said so little, all he did was ask someone to summarize 5 pages* for him and then placed a vote on my gloriously radiant self for voting for Mountain. Not a whole lot to read from the lynchee himself. *WHY?! War Between Brothers placed an odd vote on Trail of Tears in #77, accusing her of trying to influence votes. This is odd for two reasons, first, "trying to influence votes" is kind of the point of arguing your case during the day phase, the second is that all she had really done was encourage people to actually start playing, a sentiment that I echo. Then there was also the somewhat amusing case put forth by Fisherman's Boy, it had some logic to it, but I'll be damned if it wasn't a wacky argument, but all is fair in anonymous games of mafia. (Not that I can really criticise for wacky arguments.) WBB is the worse of the two, but I can't read serious scum intent in either one, so they're both mostly neutral reads right now. As for Sedna, I like him, getting townie vibes, and I'm going to refrain from discriminating based on his role because I've seen townies used the persuasion role well before on SF. Finally, Mountain... Mountain, Mountain, Mountain... Now that I'm back from work, allow me to respond. Why exactly did you make a giant post, entirely about me? See we usually call that "tunnel vision". Do you have a crush on me or something? First, to your denial that your comments were backhanded, yes, they were, and no, no offense was taken, but the fact is they were thrown in there specifically to attempt to weaken my position and discredit me, and then you prance around saying that overall you have no problem with me, it is odd. You're raising points that have already been covered, in fact you're answering some of them yourself in your own paragraph, but I suppose I'll repeat myself, yet again. I voted for you because I found the convenience of your return odd, itt was also an opportunity to try to kickstart discussion by raising a case on someone. It was your passive aggressive, short, reactions (entirely directed at me) that cemented my opinion that you were currently the scummiest player in the game, and were thus a better lynch option over the other cases presented, which were all "HE'S INACTIVE!" at that point. And? Already answered, mud was slung, you're slinging it right now, even, and then trying to deny that you actually have any opinions about me being scummy, again, it is bizarre. Yes, yes I do. I know how to play day 1, and apparently, you don't. Day 1 is not a time to sit around twiddling thumbs and waiting for something to happen. It is a time when you have to be at your most aggressive and picky, since there is very little to go on. Please do not presume to tell me how to play when you have done nothing but show up late, make poor excuses, and tunnel on me and try to discredit my position whilst sugarcoating it all with long paragraphs and nonsensical denials of suspicion. This is not a court of law, wiseass, it's a lynch mob. Besides which: To clarify, I would be more comfortable with Miles' decision to vote me if he (or she, WHATEVER) said that it's mostly/only because she finds me most suitable. Sticking to her (weak, as you said) reasons like she did, making them seem actually legitimate, is what made my spidey-senses tingle.Gut feeling based on actions is valid. As you yourself have proved when you cited your "spidey senses" tingling as a result of my actions! "These are the reasons I don't like Miles' argument, b-but it's not like I find him suspicious or anything..." "I don't like how Miles is using his gut as reason to vote me, it's making my gut feel he's odd.. b-but not scummy or anything!" Dear god stop contradicting yourself, PLEASE, and knock off the sugarcoating, just say what you want to say. Whew, my apologies for getting riled up, my fellow guildsmen, it must be my allergies, I have severe reactions when confronted with large amounts of BS. Time for some assam, I think, I'll put the kettle on.

1. People don't get lynched during the night phase. 2. Are you implying you think there are multiple scumteams? If there aren't, then Inspiration is obvtown, as Silver would not have been lynched without him. Just remembered this and thought it was odd. We already know there aren't multiple scumteams, the guild's win condition is quite clearly to knock out the saboteurs, no serial killers, no second mafia, no "all threats", just the saboteurs.

One last thing about Sedna, I think you should persuade someone tonight. It's early in the game, and thus will not likely affect anything, and has the benefit of proving you speak the truth.

But fine, I'll accept your explanations, kind of. Except for how you vehemently like to accuse me of things I'm not, or that I'm not doing ("No no no, see, even though you said you weren't mudslinging, you DEFINITELY were and this is OBJECTIVE FACT and I can't be wrong at all!" or other such nonsense).

I approve of sedna confirming her role by making someone vote for someone. The information would do us good.
Anyway, can't really talk much now, so going. Sorry.

And I'm the one mudslinging here. Yep. I'm just flat out accusing you and being completely open about it. You were trying to be all stealthy and covert and trying to appear innocent and it wasn't working. Now you're back to playing the victim. Still not going to work.
